What we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
Who we are
This website is run by ZX Painting Group Pty Ltd (ACN 693 370 375), trading as ZX Roofing & Painting Group, based in Clyde North, VIC.
What we collect
When you send the quote form we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you’re interested in and your description of the job. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us.
If you arrive from an advertisement or a link that carries campaign details, we note which campaign it was, the first page you opened and the site you came from. This is kept in your browser for the length of your visit only and is sent to us with your enquiry, so we know which of our advertising is useful. It is not used to identify you.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. We don’t sell your details or add you to a marketing list.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is delivered to us by email, so it passes through our email and website hosting providers. We don’t share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we need them to do the work and meet our business and tax obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email zxpaintinggroup@gmail.com or call 0450 847 587.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
